    Kale is one of the best foods which are rich in nutrition and vitamins. You can have the juice or add it to any low calorie recipes; most of the diet plans include this option.

    I can’ t eat any raw items. How does one cook Kale? Greens? Should they be steamed? I would only be able to eat a smal amount at a time, but it sounds beneficial so I would like to try it. I could eat rice along with it.
