    Kale is one of the best foods which are rich in nutrition and vitamins. You can have the juice or add it to any low calorie recipes; most of the diet plans include this option.

  2. Genius video @drjonnybowden. I just love your simple explanations and comparisons for the benefits of kale. It happens to be one of my favorite veggies. My clients actually tell me they get addicted to kale.

  3. I can’ t eat any raw items. How does one cook Kale? Greens? Should they be steamed? I would only be able to eat a smal amount at a time, but it sounds beneficial so I would like to try it. I could eat rice along with it.
