    I have been eating a pretty clean diet for several months now (about 300 total calories each day of refined food–salad dressing and a cup a cocoa) and my food cravings have gone away. It is so much easier the right amount of calories when there are no cravings. I haven’t been using will power at all! All I need to do is to remember that cravings can come back–so keep walking by the refined food. I like your blog and will come back again soon!
